RWA's two partners offer more than three decades of combined experience in all aspects of architectural design, including master planning, space planning and interior design.

Bill Ruark is RWA's Principal in Charge of Design. Bill focuses on preliminary planning, schematic design and programming.

Kevin Wyatt is the Principal in Charge of Construction Documents. Kevin focuses on the projects' technical aspects, including codes and construction issues.

Each of the partners has earned a Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Bill and Kevin are registered architects in Georgia as well as in most of the southeastern states.


Bill Ruark, AIA

Bill's experience spans a wide variety of project types: corporate and spec offices; warehouses and office/distribution facilities; retail stores and centers; low- and high-rise construction. The main focus of Bill's recent experience is office and distribution projects. In the past 10 years, Bill has personally managed more than 50 of these projects.

  • Automated Logic — 30,000-SF corporate office headquarters, with a later 30,000-SF expansion

  • Pike Family Nurseries — 45,000-SF brick building to house Pike's corporate offices

  • Publix Retail Center — 60,000-SF retail center with supermarket and shops in Alpharetta, Georgia

Kevin Wyatt, AIA

Kevin's experience spans a wide variety of project types, including new construction, renovation and rehabilitation. Building types include: low- and high-rise offices; warehouses and office/distribution centers; high-rise apartments; religious/education; big-box retail/warehouse stores; parking decks. Kevin's recent experience includes over 6 million square feet of offices and distribution facilities, including many build-to-suit projects.
