Project Overview: A speculative 56,000-SF, three-story Class-A office building. We provided the architectural design of the building shell, featuring a two-color masonry exterior with tinted and reflective glazing over a steel frame.

We also provided the interior design for the public spaces and build-outs for some of the individual tenants.

Ruark & Wyatt is working on the preliminary design for ParkBrooke Place Building 200. Before forming RWA, Bill Ruark and Kevin Wyatt also designed Towne Lake Overlook for the same group of investors that built ParkBrooke Place.
