Architectural design and a challenging build-out of a 408,000-SF warehouse used to store hazardous chemicals. The facility includes a 32,000-SF H-3 (hazardous level-3) occupancy room (flammable or combustible liquids), a 32,000-SF H-4 occupancy room for corrosive materials, and a 25,700-SF space for aerosols.

Architectural and interior design of a 110,000-SF, two-story corporate headquarters with office, engineering and manufacturing facilities. The building features an elegant two-story lobby with marble flooring, a grand staircase, and a barrel vault skylight. The project included a clean room and electronics assembly lab for 20 employees, and required extensive coordination with vendors of lab and clean-room equipment for environmental requirements.
