 One of Ruark & Wyatt's first large projects was ParkBrooke Place, a three-story class-A office building in Woodstock, Georgia. RWA's principals have designed and managed projects for several mid-rise office buildings—both architectural and interior design. In addition, we have designed millions of square feet of office/distribution buildings, including design of building shells and interior design for individual tenant build-outs.

Design of a speculative 56,000-SF, three-story Class-A office building. The building features a two-color masonry exterior with tinted and reflective glazing over a steel frame.

Ed Castro Landscaping offices — Roswell, Georgia
Design of a built-to-suit office building for a landscaping company. We worked with the contractor on this design/build project to perform the architectural and interior design. The freestanding building is 5,600 SF with a brick exterior.

 Town Lake Overlook* — Woodstock, Georgia
Award of Excellence —
American Concrete Institute, Georgia Chapter
Design of a speculative three-story, 54,000-SF Class-A office building. During construction the building was leased to Northside Hospital–Cherokee, and the design was modified to accommodate medical offices. The building earned an "Award of Excellence" from the Georgia Chapter of the ACI (American Concrete Institute).

Bel-Tronics* — Covington, Georgia
Architectural and interior design of a 110,000-SF, two-story corporate headquarters with office, engineering and manufacturing facilities. The building features an elegant two-story lobby with marble flooring, a grand staircase, and a barrel vault skylight. The project included a clean room and electronics assembly lab for 20 employees, and required extensive coordination with vendors of lab and clean-room equipment for environmental requirements.

Design of a speculative three-story, 54,100-SF medical office building. Included the interior design of public spaces and lobby, featuring a cantilevered grand staircase and a three-story atrium with a skylight.
