Challenge: Figure out a way for the tenant, Acuity, to store large quantities of flammable liquids. Acuity needed to maximize the amount of floor area that can be allowed by code for storing flammable liquids and aerosols.

Solution: We put together a team of fire protection specialists and worked closely with county officials to develop a workable plan to meet the tenant's complicated storage needs. We researched, negotiated and developed a solution that allowed greater square footage of flammable materials by placing the storage areas side by side and adding 57,000 SF of in-rack sprinklers.
