Challenging tenant build-out for Acuity Specialty Products in an existing 408,600-SF tilt-up concrete warehouse at Kendall Park Distribution Center. Acuity is the leading global provider of specialty chemical products in the institutional, industrial and retail markets, producing thousands of cleaners, deodorizers, and pesticides. The project included a 16,150-SF office and storage rooms for multiple types of hazardous materials. The facility includes a 30,000-SF H-3 (hazardous level-3) occupancy room for flammable or combustible liquids, a 27,000-SF H-4 occupancy room for corrosive materials, and a 26,000-SF space for aerosols.
