This project involved the master planning of a 2.2 million-SF campus for flooring manufacturer Beauflor, and the design of a manufacturing plant for cushioned vinyl flooring. The plant houses the world’s largest cushioned vinyl flooring line, a 4-story vinyl paste preparation mixing tower, and a finished goods warehouse. The plant design includes 4,000 tons of chiller capacity and 12 MW of medium-voltage electrical service fed by dual substations. The project also included the design of a product showroom and offices.
