A new dairy processing plant and associated offices to be installed in an existing speculative warehouse shell. The project includes areas for associated raw material, manufacturing, and for cold storage of finished goods. The whole building requires temperature and humidity control throughout, and also includes a glycol cooling system and steam boiler to provide indirect heat for cleaning, pasteurization, and process cooking.
