247,000-SF expansion of a plant that manufactures LVT vinyl flooring. The expanded IVC plant now exceeds 694,000 SF. The expansion project included a new production hall, raw and finished goods warehouses, and mixing tower. The mixing tower is over 100 ft. high with 5 floor levels and internal material silos 80 ft. high. The mixing tower is also notable in that the tolerances for vibration and deflection are exceptionally low despite the fact that there is very heavy equipment with high dynamic loads located on the upper levels of the tower.
