Tenant fit-up for LESCO, a company that manufactures and sells products for lawn care and golf course maintenance including fertilizers, chemical turf control products, and turf care equipment. Project consisted of a 12,400-SF fit-up in an existing tilt-up concrete office/distribution facility, with the addition of new dock doors and drive-in ramps.
