This facility is the headquarters for Mattex Manufacturing USA. Mattex produces primary and secondary carpet backings for indoor and artificial turf applications. The building included a 375,000-SF carpet mill and a 36,000-SF office space. This project used a combination of pre-engineered metal building structure for the manufacturing area and a conventional steel structure for the office.
