Tenant fit-up for Mowhawk Home Division in an existing tilt-up concrete office/distribution facility. Mohawk manufactures institutional, commercial, and architectural wood doors. The project consisted of a 12,000-SF front-office space plan, two warehouse offices (2,500-SF each), and the addition of new dock doors and drive-in ramps.
