2nd-generation tenant build-out for a robotic distribution center in an existing building at 250 Declaration Drive in McDonough, Georgia. The project included approximately 300,000 SF of robotic pick, place, and carry packaging systems. The tenant, Project Verte, is a start-up company that helps small to mid-size retailers with inventory warehousing, tracking and fulfillment.
